Zucchini Parm Swirls
This recipe is so easy. I made swirls because I have a tool that makes them but you can easily just cut them into chips.
2-3 zucchinis
1 tablesppon olive oil (not too much as they will go soggy)
1/4 cup of parm
Salt and Pepper to taste (add cayenne or whatever spice you like get creative)
Mix cut or swirled zucchini's with olive oil. Mix all dry ingredients and add to Zuccini.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Bake for 20 to 30 minutes depend on how crispy you want them. Keep an
eye on them because they go from a tad soggy to burnt if you're not
watching. That's it!!!
