South of the Border Spaghetti

Spaghetti noodles
1 lb. lean ground beef or turkey
1 small onion, diced
1 bell pepper, diced
1/2 c. shredded cheese of choice
1 c. chunky salsa
1 pkg. taco seasoning (1 Tbsp. homemade)
2 tsp. minced garlic
1 Tbsp. olive oil

Prepare spaghetti as directed on package.

In large skillet, sautee the bell pepper, onion and garlic in olive oil. When softened, add ground beef to skillet and cook until browned. (If not using lean, drain off any excess fats in pan)

Add chunky salsa and spaghetti noodles. Blend well. Top with shredded cheese and enjoy!
