Okay guys I told you I would start posting my progress so here goes.
I am not very comfortable with showing the world how I have let myself go but if it helps others that makes it well worth it :)
Do you see what I see in less than 3 weeks???
I am very happy with my results so far. Make sure you are not relying on the scales because it will fluctuate but how your clothes fit will be the real gauge.
