Well as most of you know I had back surgery 4 weeks ago. I can't exercise or do anything really. I am allowed to walk for an hour a day but they are suppose to be broken up in 5 or 10 min periods. " I have been using Skinny Fiber for 10 and a half months, give or take a day or so. I started out back in July as one very miserable person. Geez!! I was going through some more of my pictures and came across one of our family pictures from 2011. I bout came to tears when I seen my before picture! I know I'm big, but I was also in denial at that time. I didn't realize I was as big as I really was and this picture shows it!!

"Here is my before and in progress update. I have tried most of the "diets" out there with varying success but the weight always came back and usually brought extra pounds with them.
