Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

I love Fall!!! And pumpkin treats
10 ice cubes
1/2 cup cottage cheese
1/2 cup almond milk
3 T heavy cream
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1/2 cup pumpkin purée
1 t cinnamon
1/4 t nutmeg
1/4 t ginger
pinch cloves
pinch salt
1 Tbsp truvia or desired sweetener to taste
Put everything in blender, blend until it's the consistency you like. Top with Whipped cream if desired.
