WHO is in control???? Or is it a constant power struggle in that head of yours...You wake up feeling happy.. then someone says something negative to you... your feelings are hurt.. then you start talking to yourself and rashing it out with 137 different scenarios...THEN you are down.. you are upset.... STOP... STOP letting other peoples emotions and opinions control YOU...Be careful what you let in.. read and stay around positive influences....Self Talk is HUGE...:)
